  8. Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the Multitech require you to set up
  9. and initialize BEFORE you enter the V.25bis mode?  I believe the DIP
  10. switches and jumper plugs have to be set per the V.25 mode.  I'm thinking
  11. that one of these is either mis-set or not jumpered properly, which could
  12. account for the CD remaining high (forced state).
